If you’re like me, then it’s all about the details and special touches!
Both my kiddos have summer time birthdays. My son’s birthday is in June, which is usually the week before school gets out and my daughter’s birthday is July. With that said, I was looking for something fun to include in my son’s favor bags for his 11th birthday.
I decided to go “Oprah-style”!
You know how Oprah has her list of favorite things? Well, I put together a little variety of some of my son’s favorite treats!
The bags included:
- Juicy Fruit gum
- Pringles chips
- Butterscotch candies
- Mini Sprite cans
- Freezer Pops
I wanted to personalize something in the bags, so I created this quick & easy craft to add a simple label on the freezer pops.
Want to make some for your next summer party?
Here’s what you’ll need:
Unfrozen Freezer Pops (I used the Jolly Rancher brand from the Dollar Tree)
Plain Copy Paper
Label Template (FREE download included below!!)
Here’s how to do it:
Separate the freezer pops, since they usually come connected together by a perforated cut.
Customize your label template in Word.
Cut to size (if you happen to have the adhesive labels, this will save you time. Just peel & stick!)
Using clear tape, adhere each label to a freezer pop
Voila! Personalized party favors complete!
This craft is so simple and you can really make it what you want it to be!
These would be perfect for:
- End of the School Year celebrations
- Graduation party favors
- Summer BBQs
- Family Reunions
- Summer Camps
- and much more!
So, go ahead and download your free template and customize it for your next party!
Let’s get this summer started!
