Well, Week 3 flew by for me. I gained more confidence in my choices and they came to me like riding a bike. In the beginning, it was a challenge, but now that i’ve been at it for a bit, it’s fairly easy. As if I’ve been eating like this forever. The only thing that happened out of the ordinary was my appetite decreased on some of the days. I just rolled with it and listened to my body all while keeping to the Whole30 guidelines.
